After an early rally, the market gave way to doubts over Europe once again as with yet another summit meeting overhanging the market.
Date: May 23, 2012

Open positions: PSLV 13, INTC 27.10, EWS 12.50 and TBT 17.5
NOTE ABOUT STOP LOSS ORDERS:
Never make a trade without a stop loss.
We never risk more than $2 or $3 on any
trade. Another poplar stop loss is 8% of
your entry price. Investment success is
possible only for those who cut their
losses because everyone will have losing
trades.
NOTE ABOUT TAKING
PROFITS: This service is oriented to
short term aggressive traders. We will
tell you when to take a profit, but you
certainly do not have to wait for our
sell signal. If you make $2 to $5 in
only a few days trading, take your
profits. Don't be greedy. Don't fall in
love with a stock.
NOTE ABOUT TRADING:
if you take a position and it
doesn't move quickly, don't be afraid to
move into one of our latest picks. Keep
your money where the action is. You
should be trading with deep discount
brokers only.
NOTE ABOUT ENTERING
NEW POSITIONS: Our short term
trading strategy is based on the fact
that prices fluctuate in narrow ranges
most of the time. We look to buy during
normal price pullbacks, so stocks don't
have to make new highs for us to make
money. The same in reverse for our short
sales. We look to sell temporary
intraday rallies in major downtrends.
Keep in mind that the natural price
action of stocks is to go through daily,
weekly, monthly and even yearly cycles.
We look to buy near the lows of these
normal price swings. We are not looking
to ride a stock for weeks, months or
years. We are looking for quick profits
in short term trading without falling
into the losing trap of day trading or
getting bad fills with market orders.
Our entry orders are always limit
orders.
